SCANNING

Scan and know at once whether the product exists.

The camera reads EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39 and QR. The app searches the phone first, then the server by SKU, barcode and OEM number. If nothing matches, it opens a new product with the code already filled in.

AI ENTRY

AI reads what is printed. You decide what to keep.

“Fill with AI” sends up to four photos and the existing data to Claude. It suggests the name, short and long description, SKU, price, category, brand, model and OEM number, each with a confidence level. Nothing is written without your approval. An optional web price search shows up to three offers with sources, Slovenia first, then the EU.

PHOTOS

Photos ready for the shop.

Crop, rotate, brightness, contrast and saturation. On-device background removal that works offline, and a watermark on upload. For harder cases there is paid object removal (Stability AI).

OFFLINE

A warehouse without signal is no longer a problem.

Adding and editing products, photos, the editor and search work without internet. Once you are back online, the queue sends the products by itself and retries failed uploads.

TWO MODES

With WooTerminator or straight to the shop.

With WooTerminator, products go into your catalogue and from there to the shop. For smaller shops, the app can write straight to WooCommerce using a WordPress application password. Each mode keeps its own data.

Photos for AI go straight from the phone to Anthropic with your key. Keys are stored encrypted on the device and are not copied to the cloud.

Does WooCreator work without WooTerminator?

Yes. In direct mode the app writes straight to your WooCommerce shop, signing in with a WordPress application password. With WooTerminator, products go into your catalogue first. Each mode keeps its own data.

Which AI does it use and what does it cost?

Anthropic Claude with your own API key. You pay Anthropic directly for usage, with no markup. The web price search is optional. Object removal from photos (Stability AI) is paid, about USD 0.03 per image.

Does the AI write anything without my approval?

No. The app shows every suggested field with a confidence level, and nothing is saved until you approve it.

Which barcodes does it read?

EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39 and QR codes.

Which phones are supported?

Android 10 or newer. There is no iPhone app.

Where do I get the app?

WooCreator is not on Google Play. WooTerminator users download it from their own installation, and the app then installs new versions itself. To get access, send a request on the home page.
