This policy covers the wooterminator.com website and the closed beta request form. The website does not track visitors: no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party cookies.
What data we process
The “Request access” form. When you submit the form, we process:
- your full name,
- your email address,
- your shop URL and approximate number of products (if you enter them),
- your message (if you enter one),
- the page language and the time of submission.
Technical data. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. On every visit Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We do not collect this data in our own records.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for marketing. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Processors
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and form processing.
- Resend, Inc. — sending the form emails (a notification to us and a confirmation to you).
- The provider of our mailbox, where the request notification arrives.
Cloudflare and Resend are US companies. Transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep requests for at most two years after the last contact, then delete them. If you become a customer, data is kept as part of the contractual relationship.
The WooTerminator service
This policy covers only the website. For data a shop processes in the WooTerminator service (products, users), we sign a data processing agreement with the customer. AI features in the WooCreator app send photos directly to Anthropic using the customer’s own key.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Send requests to [email protected]; we reply within one month.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, [email protected], www.ip-rs.si.
