Who these terms apply to
These terms cover the use of the wooterminator.com website and access to the WooTerminator service and the WooCreator app during the closed beta. The service is intended for companies and sole traders for business use, not for consumers. The relationship is governed by the Slovenian Obligations Code.
The service
WooTerminator is a web app for managing products in WooCommerce stores. It includes a web interface, WooCommerce sync, a REST API and the WooCreator Android app. Every customer gets their own installation.
Closed beta
Access is granted after a request and a conversation, at our discretion. The specific terms (scope, price, duration) are agreed separately in writing. Because the service is in beta, features may change; we inform users of important changes by email.
Your data
Product data, photos and content you enter remain your property. We claim no rights to them and use them only to provide the service. When the cooperation ends, we let you export your data within a reasonable period.
Credentials
You are responsible for keeping your credentials (passwords, API keys) safe. WooCommerce credentials are stored encrypted in the service. The AI key in the WooCreator app is yours; you pay its provider directly for usage.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, disrupt or overload it, give third parties access without agreement, or attempt to obtain the software’s source code.
Availability and liability
We work for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service backs up your data every night. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or business interruption, except where damage is caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Intellectual property
WooTerminator, WooCreator and the related software, documentation and marks belong to the operator. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; a new version applies from its publication on this page. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, and the competent court in Slovenia has jurisdiction over disputes.
